I peel, core and cut the apples in big, big chunks, put in a pot, add a wee bit of water, a wee bit of regular sugar and lots and lots of cinnamon red hots. Let it simmer a while. If there aren't enough red hots to make a big difference in taste and color, just add more. Delicious! The way I use cinnamon red hots, I can't keep them in stock if I buy those puny packages at the grocery store. I hope you will try this recipe. It can be served hot or cold and it goes with everything. I've really spoiled my family.

Then, I saw the chocolate covered sunflower seeds. I'm allergic to tree nuts and had given up on them. OMG, they're so good. My husband made a face when I told him I had them, but that he certainly didn't need to eat any. Now, I have to hide the bag from him. I'll be ordering them again for sure. Thank you so much.”
