1 qt water
1 tsp celtic salt
1 tbsp honey
1 cup sesame unhulled sesame seeds
Mix in blender for 1 or 2 minutes. I've got a VitaMix, so it's only a minute.
For a smoothie I use 8 oz sesame milk,
4 tbsps whey protein,
1 tsp Maca powder.
Stir and enjoy!
