Organic palm sugar comes from the coconut palm tree. This all natural caramel like crystal sugar is a perfect replacement for table sugar. Perfect as a 1:1 replacement for table sugar. A 1 tsp. serving (4g) has 15 calories. Good for diabetics and those looking for weight control. Palm sugar is a naturally low glycemic index food.
