Are those hard and crunchy and difficult to chew? Answer: NO! I would describe them as delicately crisp, but pack a wonderfully vivid punch of dazzling cranberry flavor! It looked amazing, but the raw foodist in me knew I had to pass on the cookies, but tried one of the cranberries. They were amazing. The other guests looked at me a bit funny at first, but then as a few tried them, they were hooked too. Granted, they are very tangy and cause a bit of a pucker, so they are not for everyone, but if you like an intense flavor with a bit of crunch WITHOUT all the sweetness of regular dried cranberries, these are awesome. I think I might order the bulk bag!”
