Crisp, crunchy Almonds and Pistachios... coated with the best Italian-style Marinara sauce... this special blend is all you. We use sun-dried tomato and just the right blend of seasonings to bring all the flavors together, making this mix of raw nuts perfect on salads or straight out of the bag. When it comes to taste, nutritional value, and pure delectable crunch, Almonds and Pistachios rise above all other nuts. Almonds are the most alkaline of all nuts, and feature a high amount of potassium, easily-digestible protein, and fats supportive of our well-being. Pistachios feature a wide array of minerals, plus high concentrations of Vitamins B1 and B6. These nuts have been soaked and partially germinated before being dehydrated. Nutrition that's easily accessible plus a taste that's ready to light up any meal.... these nuts are a delicious way to enjoy Raw Foods!
All of the nuts are soaked in water overnight. During this time, amazing dormant enzymes and nutrients are activated and existing fats are transformed into healthier amino acids. This process is called germination. Live enzymes allow the nuts to be easily digested and the nutrients readily absorbed by our bodies.
The nuts are then seasoned and gently air-dried at low temperatures around 115 degrees. Drying at low temperatures, instead of roasting, protects all of the live enzymes and nutrients. The end result is LIVE nuts!

Before this, I considered macadamia, pistachios and cashews to be my favorites. I was on the site looking for pepitas (Cilantro Lime - awesome, BTW) and saw this and decided to give it a try. Boy! I just could not put it into words the first time I tasted this straight out of the bag while deciding on what to use in my salad...The combined taste of marinara sauce and the nuts simply explode in your mouth like no other in perfect fusion....I should know, I'm a trained food scientist. My suggestion: Even if you're not big on almonds, give THIS a try. You most probably will go back for more!”
