An exotic and unique blend of antioxidant-rich raw cacao, Amazonian Brazil Nuts and Wild Sun-Dried Mulberries. If you are looking for a smooth chocolately flavor with a unique, fresh twist, pick up a bag of this healthy snack.

All of the nuts are soaked in water overnight. During this time, amazing dormant enzymes and nutrients are activated and existing fats are transformed into healthier amino acids. This process is called germination. Live enzymes allow the nuts to be easily digested and the nutrients readily absorbed by our bodies.

The nuts are then seasoned and gently air-dried at low temperatures around 115 degrees. Drying at low temperatures, instead of roasting, protects all of the live enzymes and nutrients. The end result is LIVE nuts!

“I ordered these because I need more selenium in my diet, and because they are soaked and germinated. Oh, and the antioxidants in the cacao and mulberries were a plus. BUT they taste SO good they could actually be dangerous rather than healthy. I think I'll have to freeze them in small baggies to keep consumption to moderate levels. (Will that stop me?)”
