Brazilian Potato Salad

Recipe Ingredients:
6 boiled potatoes, cubed
1 cooked beet, cubed
3 small pickles, cut fine
1 stalk celery, chopped fine
1 dash, salt and pepper
1/2 tablespoon grated onion
1 salad dressing
1 cup <a href="/nuts/brazilnuts/raw-noshell.html">Sliced Brazil Nuts</a>
1 hard cooked egg, sliced

Cooking Directions:
1.  Mix potatoes, pickles, celery, and beets.

2.  Season with salt, pepper, and grated onion.

3.  Moisten with salad dressing of your choice.

4.  Add half the sliced brazil nuts and chill.

5.  Serve on lettuce, garnished with remaining nuts and hard-cooked egg.
