cup vegetable shortening |

cup cream |

cup unsalted butter |

tsp nutmeg |

cups all purpose flour |

cup sugar |

tsp baking powder |
Cooking Directions: |

Cream the shortening and butter together. Add the yolk of the egg and beat until light and fluffy. Sift baking powder, flour, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg and combine with cream. Chill for 2 hours

Roll onto baking sheetand sprinkle macadamia nuts on top. Cut into cookies.

Bake on greased baking sheets for 12-12 minutes at 400 degrees.
