Dark Raisins
Deliciously sweet dried grapes. Raisins are high in iron. Excellent for snacks. Even the kids love them. Great for baking as well.
Double Active Baking Powder
Double Active Baking Powder releases carbon dioxide when exposed to moisture and heat, causing doughs and batters to rise. It is all natural and contains no aluminum.
Gluten Free Rice Bran
Rice bran is the layer between the inner white rice grain and the outer hull. While comprising just 8% of total weight, Rice Bran (which includes the germ) accounts for 60% of the nutrients found in each rice kernel. Ordinarily, the oil in rice bran quickly spoils, but ours has undergone an all-natural but effective stabilization process to ensure its freshness. Rice Bran is low in fat and calories and a good source of dietary fiber, Iron, Magnesium and Phosphorus. Can be easily added to fruit smoothies, cereals, and baked goods.
Light Brown Sugar
Delicious light brown sugar perfect for any recipe.
Organic Rice Flour (Brown)
Organic medium grain brown rice is used to make the finest organic brown rice flour.
Sea Salt
Fine grain sea salt is obtained by the evaporation of seawater. It is the perfect substitute for plain table salt. Packed with minerals, this fine grain sea salt is known for its better taste and texture than table salt.
Tapioca Flour
Also known as tapioca starch, tapioca flour is a gluten-free baking ingredient and an ideal thickening agent. Use tapioca for thickening a wide variety of baked goods, sauces, and desserts.
