Our instant dry bakers yeast is obtained from a specially selected strain of Saccharomyces cerevisiae designed for optimal use in sweet doughs and other yeast-raised products containing over 10% sugar. It has a considerably higher fermentation activity than traditional yeasts. Use in sweet breads and rolls, Danish and donuts.
Store unopened packages at < 80°F (26 °C). After opening, close package and store in airtight container. If unrefrigerated, use within one week.
