7 Grain Pudding

Recipe Ingredients:
2 cups Water
1 cup 7-Grain Cereal
4 cups Milk
1 cup Evaporated Milk
1 cup Sugar
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 tbsp Butter

Cooking Directions:
1. In a medium saucepan bring water to a boil; add cereal, stirring constantly until water is half absorbed; add the rest of the ingredients and return to a boil. Bring to soft boil, stirring occasionally, being careful not to burn bottom. Cook to a thick consistency. Makes 12 Servings.
