Basic Cooking Instructions for Organic Rye Berries

Recipe Ingredients:
1/2 cup Organic Rye Berries (Rinsed)
1 3/4 cup Water
1/4 tsp. Sea Salt

Cooking Directions:
1. In a saucepan combine all ingredients. Bring to a rolling boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for one hour or until tender.
2. Drain and set aside to cool or serve immediately.
