Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies

Recipe Ingredients:
1 cup shortening
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 cup peanut butter
3 cups flour
1 cup quick oats
2 tsp bakin soda

Cooking Directions:
1.  Mix in order given. Roll into balls, place on ungreased cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Bake at 350 degrees.
