It's expensive, but delicious. It has a rich, clean taste. I love that it is gluten free, carrageenan free and made from simple ingredients. (Cane sugar, Fresh cream, Butter (Whey cream, Salt), Salt, Sunflower lecithin, Vanilla extract.) I like it warmed up on crepes, added to oatmeal or ice cream or yogurt.
