These white confectionery wafers are perfect for baking since they do not melt. These are about the size of a nickel and soften at a higher temperature than normal coating wafers, making them ideal for cooking. They taste really rich and are great tasting treat to munch on by themselves!
Since these are designed for cooking and baking, they do not have an exact melting temperature. Because of the different fats in the wafers, these will slowly begin to soften at 95 degrees F.
Due to the high softening temperature, this product is not designed for candy molds.
Please note, while these are confectionary wafers, the coloring of the wafers typically have a yellowish hue.
