Shiro Miso white soybean paste is perfect for making miso soup! Also known as fermented soybean paste, miso has a rich umami flavor. Shiro miso paste is “white miso,” which means it’s fermented for a shorter period and is lower in sodium than other varieties. Its mild, delicate flavor works well in soups, dressings, and sauces.
