During WWII I lived with my single aunt and we had Junket dessert on a regular basis. Sugar was rationed so it was a favorite. My daughter hasn't prepared it yet, I got it for her, and for old times sake.Patricia, Cottonwood, AZ

I followed the directions for Making Vanilla Rennet Custard and used a thermometer to make sure I didn’t go over 110 degrees. Custard did not set up well (very wiggly). Did it twice with same results! Should I use another tablet?George, Medford, OR
