Ground Chia Seeds (Salvia Hispanica) have all the benefits of regular chia seeds, but are ground up to make it easier to use for cooking and baking.
Chia Seeds are an excellent source of Omega 3 fatty acid as well as dietary fiber. They are packed with vitamins and antioxidants. Our chia seeds are raw, Non-irradiated, Non-GMO, and produced without pesticides.
Ground chia seeds are great used as pinole, a porridge meal that can be eaten directly, or included in baked goods.
