All natural organic gluten-free rolled oats are perfect for oatmeal or baking. These are manufactured by dehulling plump organic grown oats and stabilizing the oat enzymes through a steam process. The stabilized groat goes into a roller mill where it is flattened. It is then air dried and cooled.
Organic Rolled Oats are completely natural.
How to Cook Rolled Oats
Ingredients: 1 cup rolled oats, 2 cups water, 1/4 tsp salt.
Stove Top Instructions: To cook, bring water and salt to a boil. Add rolled oats, reduce heat, and cook 10-15 minutes (depending on the consistency you desire). Stir occasionally. Cover and remove from heat and let stand a few minutes. Serves two people.
Rolled Oats Storage
Store uncooked oats in sealed plastic or glass containers in a cool, dry, dark cabinet. Oats will keep for 1 year if stored properly.
Ingredients:
Organic Oats. Packaged in the same facility as peanuts, tree nuts, soy, sesame, and milk products.

These are the best rolled organic oats. I use them primarily to make my own granola mix but they are also delicious as a cooked cereal as a traditional oatmeal breakfast. Creamy and delicious with fresh fruit and whole milk.
