How to Cook Wheat Flakes
Wheat flakes can be prepared like rolled oats to make a hot breakfast cereal. To cook, combine one cup of wheat flakes to two cups of boiling water. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until water absorbs evenly.
