I am new to milling my own flour. I have only been baking for about 9 months. I have always used very high quality flour that I purchase on line. This week I began milling my own wheat berries, which I purchased from Nuts.Com. I used hard red wheat berries. When I milled them the nutty and honey aroma filled my baking pantry! You only get a hint of that aroma in a bag of already milled flour. I ordered several other berries for milling from you NUTS and I can't wait to try them! You MAY have a customer for life. I sprouted these berries and then dried them, ground them up, and used them to make sprouted wheat bread. So delicious! Thank you!Sylvia, Brooklyn, NY
My first order was delivered just as I expected it, with shiny, happy packaging and a sense of humor to boot. I'm looking forward to sprouting the various seeds (beans, and chickpeas!) for my birds and watching their happy faces. It's wonderful to be able to make *organic* sprout mix for them, exactly to their liking.Adrienne
