Braided Hot Peppers

Our Calabrian Braided Hot Peppers are great for seasoning a dish or for decoration. Each September, the village of Diamante in Calabria celebrates its crop at the Hot Pepper Festival. The entire village hangs red braids of chile peppers on their balconies to dry. This braid weaves the stems of around fifty peppers to create a beautiful accessory for your kitchen as well as a continual supply of delicious heat. Snip and crush whenever you need a little spice in your dish.
