This product is vital to my organic gf flour blend. The quality and freshness is very good. My sourdough bread flies off the shelf. It is one of my most requested product. The only to suggestions I have concerning this product is that it be made available in bulk and that it be packed separate from other heavier grain/product as the last two shipments included burst bags of arrowroot flour. They had been packed under 30+ pounds of grain. I will continue to source my gluten free organic nut, dry fruit and grains for my bakery from Nuts.com. I haven’t found any other supplier that offers good quality at pretty reasonable prices.
