Gluten Free Doughnut Mix

Baked instead of fried, you’ll score delicious cake doughnuts while saving tons of time cleaning up. Toss them in cinnamon sugar or smother them in a sweet and creamy glaze and dust with some of our colorful Sprinkles.
How to make Gluten-Free Doughnuts
Combine and mix 2 tablespoons of softened butter,1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and half the bag of doughnut mix until blended. Add 1 egg and continue beating until fully blended. Add remaining doughnut mix, ½ cup of milk and blend until smooth. Fill the doughnut pan and bake at 375°F for 12-15 minutes. Let doughnuts cool in pan for 5 minutes before removing. Top or glaze as desired. Mix makes 12 large doughnuts or 48 minis.
Cane sugar, whole grain brown rice flour, potato starch, modified tapioca starch, cellulose, salt, leavener (baking soda, calcium acid pyrophosphate, monocalcium phosphate), vitamin and mineral blend [calcium carbonate, niacinamide (vitamin b3), reduced iron, thiamin hydrochloride (vitamin b1), riboflavin (vitamin b2)], natural flavor, xanthan gum, nutmeg. Packaged in the same facility as peanuts, tree nuts, soy, and milk products.
