How to Make Gluten-Free Muffins
Pour entire bag of muffin mix into a mixing bowl and whisk in three eggs, 1 cup of milk, 5 tablespoons of butter and 1 ½ of your favorite add-ins. Pour the batter into a greased muffin pan and bake for 20 minutes at 350°F. One bag of mix makes 12 muffins.
