Gluten Free Yellow Cake Mix

Preheat oven to 350°F. On low speed, beat ½ a cup of butter and 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil on low speed. While continuing to beat the mixture on low speed, add 4 eggs, one at a time. Slowly add the bag of cake mix into the bowl and pour in ¾ cups of milk. Once smooth and free of lumps, transfer batter to a cake pan and bake for 25-30 mins.
Cane sugar, modified tapioca starch, rice flour, potato starch, cornstarch, emulsifier (rice starch, polyglycerol esters of fatty acids, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, baking soda, cornstarch, monocalcium phosphate), natural vanilla flavor, salt, xanthan gum. Packaged in the same facility as peanuts, tree nuts, soy, and milk products.
