Gluten Free Bucatini Pasta
Whether you’re moving away from wheat or just want switch things up for pasta night, our Gluten-Free Bucatini Pasta makes meals you’ll wanna mangia! This fun-to-slurp pasta is cut thicker and longer than regular than spaghetti, with a teeny hole running all the way through the noodle. Its hollow center allows every strand to cling to and absorb more sauce for extra tastiness in every bite. Serve in a garlic butter sauce or tossed in pesto with roasted veggies. Cooks quick for a simple and delicious gluten-free dinner!
How to Make Gluten Free Bucatini Pasta
Bring four quarts of salted water to a boil. Add the entire bag of Gluten-Free Bucatini Pasta. Continue to boil on high heat, stirring occasionally. Once the water returns to a rolling boil (approx. two minutes) lower the heat. Continue cooking for 5-7 minutes, checking for doneness. Drain and rinse the pasta. We recommend tossing it with a little olive oil or butter so that the pasta does not stick together.
