Gluten-Free Italian Fusilli
Our gluten-free Italian fusilli is made from two simple ingredients: corn flour and rice flour. This all natural, non-GMO pasta contains no preservatives, dyes, colors, or egg products. Made in the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy, this pasta comes from a place that knows good pasta. It’s nearly impossible to tell this fusilli is gluten-free because it has the perfect taste and textures.
We searched tirelessly for the best gluten-free pasta and this one beats them all. It tastes great cold after the second day, and can be used for cold salads because it maintains its softer texture. Toss it with your favorite tomato sauce or use it in a pasta salad recipe.
How to Prepare Gluten-Free Italian Fusilli
Fill a large or medium pot with water and bring to a boil. Add salt before pouring in the fusilli. Cook for 12 minutes, checking for doneness. Strain into a colander, add sauce and serve.
