How to Prepare Gluten-Free Italian Lasagne Noodles

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Salt lightly. Add lasagne noodles and cook for three minutes or until tender. (Some lasagne recipes may suggest noodles be al dente.)

This Lasagna pasta has made my son’s day. He has been diagnosed with Celiac and he was seriously missing our families Lasagna.. not anymore! It never becomes soggy. Holds up to the sauce nicely!
