I haven’t prepared this just yet, but I have had the ziti and it was not slimy like some other brands and had a good texture bite and flavor my kids didn’t even notice the difference and then they added quinoa spaghetti pasta and after it arrived today I noticed it is corn and quinoa. Corn is the first ingredient. I have not prepared yet, so can’t tell about the flavor or texture.Gary, Lamar, AR
