Our Gluten-Free Rotini sure ain’t teeny on taste! We taste-tested just about all the gluten-free pasta out there before we discovered an Italian line that offered primo texture and flavor. Amore at first bite! This pasta tastes just as buonissimo as the genuine article. Rotini is similar in shape and texture to our Gluten-Free Fusilli, but with a thicker size and tighter spiral making it more ideal for chunky sauces like pesto or a meat ragu.
Our Gluten-Free Rotini tastes especially great the day after it’s cooked, and stays soft enough to be used for yummy cold salads. Toss it with your favorite pasta sauce for a terrific plate of rotini.
How to Prepare Gluten-Free Rotini
Bring a medium or large pot of water to a boil. Add salt. Pour in pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes, checking for firmness. Strain, dress and serve.
