Give your dishes a signature umami flavor with a sprinkle of bolete mushroom powder! What are bolete mushrooms, you ask? They belong to a family of mushrooms related to the porcini, and are characterized by their domed, dark brown caps and tan undersides. Made only from this variety of mushrooms with no added preservatives, our bolete powder is a more convenient, economical alternative to recipes calling for porcini mushrooms.
Ingredients:
Bolete Mushrooms Packaged in the same facility as peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, soy, sesame, and milk products.

Stocks, gravies, sauces get amped up flavor-wise super quick. Used VERY sparingly, sprinkled on top of french fries, it's amazing. Add it to your meatloaf mix -- yummy!! Great economical alternative to morrell powder or dried morrells.
