I love it! Just the right amount of Cheddar taste but not the greasy feeling with block. I Love Grits, some folks don't know about grits but down here they are a staple. I also love cheese grits. The problem is that when you add block cheddar, (I don't cook my grits in milk...yuck!..) it turns somewhat greasy and thready. I also am going to make cheese straws with it as soon as I find a recipe for powdered cheese. Thank you so very much for the timely delivery! And I loved the box it came in! I looked on your site to see if you sold cheese straws (sadly you don't) and was somewhat disappointed. If ever you add them please e-mail me! Again, thank you! Have a wonderful day!

When I was a child Kraft made a cheddar powder sold next to the grated Parmesan, but it's probably been 25+ years since they discontinued it. This stuff tastes like my childhood. Thanks!

This is what I have been making with the Cheddar Cheese Powder and the Sour Cream & Onion Seasoning. I bought one of each bags right before Christmas and made up two batches to give as gifts. Since then I have made 6 batches. The combination of these two plus a few other ingredients make these sooooo good. 2 bags of small pretzels. (1 lb. each). The waffle pretzels work great, too. 1 cup of oil 1/4 cup sugar 3/4 cup of Sour Cream and Onion powder 1/2 cup of Cheddar Cheese Powder Mix all ingredients except pretzels. Pour over pretzels in a large bowl. Stir ever 15 minutes for 1 hour. store in airtight container.

We used the cheese to top oven baked pork rinds for the Super Bowl. Excellent recipe. Or maybe it was the beer, just kidding. BTW we loved you shipping box. Will probably try to sell it on EBAY.......Not really. You'll hear from us again. Thank you for GREAT SERVICE and AN EXCEPTIONAL PRODUCT! Best regards,
