I’ve used another brand of mushroom powder for a long time, but it recently became unavailable. Fortunately I stumbled across this website! The mushroom powder had a different taste than the porcini & portobello powders I have been using (very rich & hearty), but mixes into my soups more thoroughly, without grittiness, making them thicker & creamier.
