Give your dishes a signature umami flavor with a sprinkle of bolete mushroom powder! What are bolete mushrooms, you ask? They belong to a family of mushrooms related to the porcini, and are characterized by their domed, dark brown caps and tan undersides. Made only from this variety of mushrooms with no added preservatives, our bolete powder is a more convenient, economical alternative to recipes calling for porcini mushrooms.

Powerful image addition to add to soups, stews, ds, etc. Really tasty!Mary, Portland, OR
Stocks, gravies, sauces get amped up flavor-wise super quick. Used VERY sparingly, sprinkled on top of french fries, it's amazing. Add it to your meatloaf mix -- yummy!! Great economical alternative to morrell powder or dried morrells.Loretta, Manitowoc, WI
I absolutely love this stuff. I use it to add flavor to soups, sauces, rice dishes, etc. It adds a great hit of umami, and I often substitute a spoonful of it for fresh mushrooms when cooking for people who don’t like mushrooms when the dish would be lacking in flavor without them (don’t worry, no allergies involved, just pickiness). A little goes a long way!Jennifer, Lancaster, PA
