Organic Long Grain White Rice

There’s a long list of reasons why we love long grain organic white rice! The grains remain fluffy and separate, even after cooking, so it has a wide variety of uses. Try it in pilafs, salads, casseroles and stir-fry dishes. Or simply enjoy it on its own. The perfect accompaniment to any meal, long grain rice is truly a staple of any kitchen. Plus, our rice is CCOF and USDA Certified Organic, which means it’s not only free of herbicides or pesticide residues, but it is also non-GMO.
How to Cook Long Grain Rice
Soak and rinse the organic long grain rice prior to cooking. In a large pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Stir in 1 cup of rice, cover, and reduce heat. Simmer for 20 minutes or until the water is absorbed. Remove from heat and let it sit with the lid on for an additional two minutes. Serve immediately.
