First time trying alfalfa. Wanted to benefit from the healthy contribution of it but did not do the research and understand the work I would have to put into it before consuming. However i did the work and was so proud of my sprouts. I felt like I won a sweepstake when I saw my beautiful finished product. Those seeds will last a very long time. A little goes a long sprouting way.Kjaer, Ocala, FL
