Are these my favorite dates? NO! But they are certainly one of them along with Barhi dates from nuts.com. They are wonderfully soft and sweet. I may save some of the seeds for planting since I do seem to have a green thumb, maybe a brown thumb for the dates. They will grow but it takes a month or two for them to germinate. I have never had Zahidi dates before but I am totally pleased.

These are great dates that easily separate from the pit. Not overly sweet, but sweet enough. I eat them straight from the back.
