Very happy with these. I use them for my Pignoli cookies! My son loves them in a salad dressing I make. I always buy these from Nuts.com

I always loved Pignolias especially the cookie, this too I can't find it up where I am, so I'm going to try to make the Pignolias Cookie myself.

These are good in so many things. Our favorite is to brown them in butter and add long-grain rice and cook it with chicken broth. Gives a nice nutty taste to the rice. So good!

I cook with pignolias, especially when I make stuffing or rice, these pine nuts cook up nicely and are just enough to make my rice have that kick.
