Baked Cashew

Recipe Ingredients:
4 cups <a href="/nuts/cashews/roasted-no-salt.html">Roasted Cashews</a>
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup flour
1 stick butter
1 egg beaten
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup graham crackers crumbled

Cooking Directions:
1.  Peel, cube, tenderize cashew in enough water to keep from sticking (about 1/2 to 1 cup water). Mash and add melted butter, sugar and flour; mix. Add egg and vanilla. Put in greased and put cracker on top of casserole dish (square). Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 1 hour.
