Cooking Directions: |

Peel, cube, tenderize cashew in enough water to keep from sticking (about 1/2 to 1 cup water). Mash and add melted butter, sugar and flour; mix. Add egg and vanilla. Put in greased and put cracker on top of casserole dish (square). Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 1 hour.
