Recipe Ingredients:
1 3/4 cup	Carrot Cake Mix
1/2 cup	Water
3 Tbsp.	Oil
Cooking Directions:
1.	Mix above ingredients in bowl 1 minute on low speed. Scrape bowl, mix 2-3 minutes on medium speed.
2.	Bake at 350 for 18-20 minutes. Yield 1 (8") round layer cake.
