Recipe for Chocolate Coconut Macaroons

Recipe Ingredients:
square unsweetened baking chocolate
2/3  cup sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2  cup Shredded Coconut
1/2  tsp vanilla

Cooking Directions:
1.  Melt the chocolate in a double boiler over simmering water. Add the condensed milk and blend. Add the coconut and vanilla. Drop onto buttered baking sheet. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. Watch carefully to avoid overbaking. Remove immediately from baking sheet
