Recipe for Gluten-Free Hot Cereal

Recipe Ingredients:
1 cup  Gluten-Free Hot Cereal
3 1/4 cups  Water
1/2 tsp  Salt

Cooking Directions:
1.  Bring 3 1/4 cups water and 1/2 tsp salt to a boil. Stir in 1 cup cereal and immediately turn heat to very low, continuing to stir until cereal and water are blended. Cover and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Makes 2 1/2 cups.

2.  Serve with honey or brown sugar and milk. Add almost any fruit or nuts to increase your breakfast nutrition.

3.  Microwave Instructions: Mix 1/4 cup cereal in 3/4 cup water in a large bowl and cover. Microwave on high for 3 to 5 minutes; let set for 2 minutes.
