Cooking Directions: |

Mix together and pour scant 1/4 cup of batter onto a greased griddle.

The pancakes will bubble, and when the bubbles start to break you can turn them. They should be cooked to golden brown on each side.

Serve with butter and syrup, preserves, fresh fruit, or all of the above! Makes 4 servings of 2 pancakes each.
