Recipe Ingredients:
1/3 cup	Organic High Fibert Hot Cereal
3/4 cup	Water
Cooking Directions:
1.	Stove Top: Combine cereal and water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer, stirring frequently. Cook for 10 minutes.
2.	Microwave: Combine water and cereal in a large bowl. Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes.
3.	Add 1/4 tsp. salt, dried nuts, and/or dried fruit, if desired.
