Sesame Milk and Sesame Smoothie

unhulled sesame seeds

Cooking Directions: |

Mix in blender for 1 or 2 minutes. With a VitaMix - only 1 minute.
For a smoothie, use 8 oz sesame milk, 4 tbsps. whey protein and 1 tsp maca powder
