Everyday Free Shipping on orders over $59

Nuts.com proudly offers free shipping in the contiguous US on all shipments over $59. Free shipping will be applied automatically to all qualifying orders. No coupons or promotion codes required!

Most orders will arrive in 3 to 5 business days. We will use your shipping address to provide an accurate delivery quote at checkout.

Orders under $59

Orders under $59 shipping to addresses in the contiguous US ship for $5. You can upgrade shipping in many cases for a nominal cost.

Orders shipping to multiple addresses

Each address on an order with multiple shipping addresses must include $59 or more worth of items to receive free shipping to that address.

Express delivery

If you need your order sooner, we offer next business day and two business day service. The price is quoted at checkout. We have worked hard to keep the shipping costs down. In many cases in the contiguous US, you will be able to upgrade to faster shipping for just a few dollars.

Orders shipping to AK and HI and US territories

Shipping prices to these destinations are calculated based on weight and zip code. The price and arrival date will be shown at checkout. Most shipments to these areas take 2-3 business days to arrive.

Orders shipping to PO boxes, APO and FPO

We ship to PO boxes! Shipments to PO boxes located in the contiguous US qualify for free shipping. Shipping prices on orders to PO boxes in other locations are calculated based on weight and zip code.

Orders shipping to Canada

Shipping prices to Canada are calculated based on weight and postal code. The price and arrival date will be shown at checkout. We use Purolator for all shipments to Canada.

Orders shipping to other international destinations

Shipping prices to other international destinations are calculated based on weight and postal code. The price and estimated arrival date will be shown at checkout.

Auto-Delivery

You will receive 5% off each order that is delivered on your second and subsequent subscription orders. Please note that this discount does not apply to subscriptions for by the case items.

Need a specific carrier?

If you need to ship via a specific carrier, call us and we will try to help. There will be an extra charge to use a specific carrier.

Delivery Times for Free Shipping

You may wonder why your items take a different amount of time to arrive with free shipping each time you order. The exact shipping time depends on many factors, including the warehouse from which we are shipping your treats, whether your order includes meltable items, and more. Regardless of what you’re shipping and from which location, we hustle to get your goodies to you as fast as possible!

Shipments with meltable items

Shipments with meltable items (for example chocolate) require special packaging during the summer to prevent melting. During the summer months these shipments must arrive within two days to prevent melting. Additional charges will apply to these shipments to reflect the extra cost of packaging and upgraded shipping. If you do not want to pay these extra charges, simply remove the meltable items from your shopping cart and your order will be shipped for free.

Our shipping philosophy

At Nuts.com we recognize the importance of processing your order as fast as possible. We, too, are consumers who buy things online and like to receive our orders right away, as in yesterday!!! With this in mind we hustle to package and ship your order immediately so that you can get it ASAP.

We do not make money on shipping; instead, we simply pass on the costs. We are adamantly opposed to packaging or handling charges.

We offer several shipping options so that you can make the decision between delivery time and cost. We use major carriers for most ground and for all express shipping. We also provide a no-rush shipping option to most zip codes with delivery made by the post office.

US orders placed before 5 PM EST ship that same business day!* Orders placed on weekends and holidays ship on the first following business day. * Coffees and teas must be ordered before 8 AM EST to ship the same day.

Shipping Estimator

For shipments outside the contiguous US

(We do not currently offer estimates for shipments to the lower 48 states, which could ship from a warehouse near you depending on which items you order, and could be cheaper or faster than shipments from our main warehouse.)

Shipping to multiple addresses: It's easy! Just add everything to your cart, then click "Ship to multiple addresses" in checkout.

If you want to send a Chocolate Trio to each of 5 different people, put 5 Chocolate Trios in your shopping cart. Or mix and match to send just the right items to all your friends and family.

On the first page of the checkout, simply select Ship to multiple addresses.

For your first shipping address, at the top under Which items should we send to this address?, designate the quantity of each item you want to send to that recipient.

Enter shipping information and a personalized message if you’d like.

Press the Continue button and follow the same steps until you are finished emptying your shopping cart and have sent your friends and family enough goodies!

Note: For a large number of recipients feel free to call us at 800-558-6887 or e-mail us at care@nuts.com. We will gladly make this process as easy as possible and can easily extract addresses from Microsoft Excel.

Shipping to Canada: Orders to Canada ship on Tuesdays and Fridays, and shipping can take up to a week. Nuts.com collects and prepays duties on all shipments to Canada.

Shipping to other countries: We also ship to Australia, Brazil, China, Germany, France, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. These orders ship on Wednesdays, and shipping can take up to three weeks. You might be responsible for duties and other issues with Customs. We recommend that you contact your customs office to ask if your country allows the shipment of the products you are planning to order from us. Not knowing the regulations of your country can result in your order incurring high import duties, the delivery being delayed or even returned.

APO/FPO shipments: APO/FPO shipments ship with USPS.
