It makes the perfect gift for yourself or the cheese lover in your life.

The milk. Just add a 1/2 gallon of milk to make your very own fresh cheese. No aging required!

Fun Tip

Farmers’ cheese is incredibly versatile and delicious! One of its unique qualities is that it doesn’t melt, so you can even pan-fry the cubes for a browned treat that’s crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Delish!
