Our ceci fava mix is one tasty snack! A mixture of roasted salted ceci beans (garbanzo beans or chickpeas) and fava beans, it’s loaded with protein, fiber and iron. These make a fantastic party snack or post-workout pick-me-up. Enjoy them when you’re out and about.

The chickpeas are like eating old maids in the bottom of a popcorn bowl...or gravel...not sure which is more hard. Flavor is good, chickpeas are way too hard. I've resorted to soaking them overnight and then making the mix into hummus.Rolin, Nashville, TN
