Best puffed rice ever. I make a lot of Indian street snacks from it. Perfect for making bhel.

This is interesting. I love cooked Basmati rice, but not quite sure how to eat it puffed! It's salted. Not used to that with puffed rice. Doesn't quite seem like a cereal with the salt, so I just might add it to some snack blends...not big on it all by itself.
