These olives are wonderful. The 3 different types of olives each have their own individual flavor and texture despite all being in one package. Two complaints I have seen in other reviews are two of the reasons I love these! First, yes they have very small pieces of rosemary. What an incredible flavor the rosemary imparts. Second, they are vacuum packaged. I honestly find these great for storing them. I buy multiple packages at one time and trying to store that many jars would be a problem. They stack well in my pantry until I am ready to use them. I usually put a package in the refrigerator to cool before serving. IF I am not using them all at one time, I transfer them to a jar I keep specifically for that reason.
